My name is Suzanne Prieto, but my friends, family and clients call me Suzie. Why make me your real estate agent? I will work day and night for you. I am driven to get the job done in a professional manner, all with outstanding customer service. Assisting you in finding the property of your dreams or getting the right buyer for your home will be my focus. Over the last 20 years, I have gained valuable experience in various areas of real estate, giving me a wide range of skills and experiences which will benefit you!

I have done property management where I gained valuable knowledge to assist investors.

I worked as a real estate legal assistant gaining knowledge of probate and rental laws.

I did foreclosure prevention counseling for two years where I worked as a mediator between homeowners and lenders to get modifications or work through a short sale or cash for keys.

All of these experiences have influenced my life in the real estate industry and are what makes me the right choice for you.
Between the two of us, my husband Tony and I have six children, ten grandkids and two rescue dogs. In our spare time we enjoy traveling, exploring, hiking, and gardening. Investing my time and talent in our community is very important to me and I do all I can to be involved. I also enjoy volunteering and have served in AmeriCorps for 2 years, with the Girl Scouts as a Troop Leader and currently serve as a member of the housing selection committee for Habitat for Humanity.

Monte joined the real estate world during a long career as a college recruiting specialist. Monte has helped over 4500 high school student-athletes begin their recruiting journeys. During his time as a recruiting specialist he began to dabble in flipping houses and real estate investing and has since developed a passion for real estate.

Monte is a graduate of Pulaski High School and after going away for college to pursue track and field, football and a degree in coaching and business. He returned to his roots and settled down in Suamico. He coached for several years at the high school and middle school levels before becoming a recruiting specialist. During his mid to late 20s he also owned a bathroom remodeling company.
Monte specializes in sales and has an eye for what a property needs to be ready to sell. He has a strong network of contractors and consultants who he can call upon when needed.

He is also the Team Leader of the Take Action Real Estate Team at Symes Realty.
